Disputes related to intellectual property rights should be resolved between the parties involved or through a complaint with a domain dispute resolution provider specified by ICANN. Please refer to the links below regarding domain name dispute mechanisms.

(A) Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)
This policy applies to all gTLDs, including .moe and some ccTLDs.

(B) Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) System
A system that provides temporary relief more quickly and at a lower cost than UDRP is also applicable to .moe.

Please contact the hosting provider for website content-related issues. You can find the hosting or email provider’s information by using the Abuse Contact IDentifier (ACID) Tool.

Ensure that you provide reasonably sufficient information and attach evidence, such as the URL and any screenshots that clearly demonstrate the abusive behavior. Reports without evidence cannot be properly addressed.
